AegisProtect started with a house in Jamaica. Good area. Gated community. Manned security at the entrance. Two months after moving in, it was broken into.
What came next was worse in a quieter way. Every provider we called wanted the same thing before they would even quote: come in, or let us come out and walk the property. Nothing online said what a system should cost, or what a house like that needed. If you don't live on the island, that isn't an inconvenience — it's a wall. You end up protecting a house you love by asking a relative to take a day off work and sit through a sales visit on your behalf.
That is the part we set out to remove. Not the fear — the appointment.

The kit arrives ready to work together — station, keypad and sensors already paired. Nothing to configure, nothing to specify.
Whoever is at the house scans the code on the box and follows the prompts. You can be on the phone with them, or on another continent watching it come online.
The station decides whether the alarm sounds, and it decides it in the house. A power cut or a dead internet connection doesn't disarm anything — the system keeps watching, the siren still sounds, and what it recorded reaches you when the connection comes back.
It runs its own private network too, so it never depends on an ISP router you're not allowed to configure. If you've tried to set anything up remotely in Jamaica, you already know why that matters.
